How nice to meet you, Suz...even if you're a cold-blooded killer:) Japanese beetles get no mercy from me either, but several of my friends and I have remarked that we haven't seen nearly as many this year as in the past. Could it be there's finally a predator that likes these nasty varmints?
The drowning was civil...the waters already decayed your beautiful hydrangea, so a fitting demise.
