Thoughts, images, and sometimes a bit of poetry about my garden that I call, My Open Bar of Joy
i am not familiar with annabelle. but, from the looks of it i like it.
My Annabelle Hydrangeas stay all winter too. I just do not have the heart to strip their beauty from the branches until new blooms come in spring. A winter treasure.BlessYourHeart
Dar you should leave them until spring..then cut them back anywayso enjoy them without guilt!
Your poem is simply perfect. I haven't heard of Annabelle but those leaves sure are pretty.
leave me a line of joy
